Tag time: TMI tag

Hey guys! It’s been over two months now since I’ve had this blog so I thought it was time to do the TMI tag that way you guys could get to know me a bit better. I’m horrible at writing about mes and thinking of things when I’m suppose to state random facts, so this tag will probably have things I’d never even think about telling you.

What are you wearing? A tye-dye shirt with a kitty on it with dreads and a rasta colored beanie, jeans, and red converse.
Ever been in love? No.
Ever have a terrible breakup? No.
How tall are you? 5’3″
Any tattoos? No, but I have some in mind that I want to get!
Any piercings? Two in each ear and my monroe.
OTP (one true pairing)? I… don’t know.
Favorite shows? Dancing with the Stars, How to Get Away with Murder, Orphan Black, and Orange is the New Black.
Favorite bands? I don’t really have a favorite band, so I’ll name some favorite songs at the moment.

Quality you look for in a partner? Mostly just honesty and loyalty, but if you can share the same kind of humor as me, then that’s even better! I absolutely love the cheesiest puns.
Favorite quote?

Favorite actor/actress? Tatiana Maslany, Viola Davis, Johnny Depp, there are so many more that I’m forgetting.
Favorite color? Purple and red (and black, if you’ll consider it a color).
Loud or soft music? Usually loud, but there’s the occasional moods where I’d rather listen to soft music.
Where do you go when you are sad? Nowhere specific. Thing is, I’m usually always around someone so it’s kind of hard to get away and just be alone for a while sometimes.
How long does it take you to shower? Depends on what I need to do. Also, I tend to take longer showers in the winter than I do in the late spring/summer.
How long does it take you to get ready in the morning? About fifteen to twenty minutes.
Ever been in a physical fight? I mean, I’ve been pinched and slapped and even kicked before, but never punched. (That’s a lie, my brothers were assholes when I was younger and had punched me in my stomach. Then a friend punched my arm to show how hard she can punch.)
Turn on? Is it cliché to say intelligence? Also, humor, like mentioned above. As far as physically, I love when somebody smirks. You know, the slight curve of their mouth and their cheeks raised a little. It’s the most attractive gesture, especially when it’s in a book.
Turn off? Literally everything wrong in the world. Homophobes, hypocrites, genuine assholes, someone who’s abusive in any way toward people or animals, sexists, so much more.
The reason you made this blog? I made it because for a while I’d been thinking about making a Youtube channel but when I failed at making any videos because of lack of confidence, I turned to this. I wanted to make a blog/channel because no one I know really reads like I do, so I had no one else to talk to and rave about books with.
Fears? Heights, sharks, vulnerability in the sense that a complete stranger looks at me and practically studies me and my actions, and not necessarily death but what comes after.
Last thing that made you cry? Back in May, my best friend had to get her cat put down. I’m not sure if that was the last time, but if I cried any time after that, it was probably just from stress and all my emotions being piled up.
Last time you said you loved someone? Either last night or earlier yesterday.
Meaning behind your blog name? I think it’s a little self-explanatory and simple, but it refers to the universe of books before us.
Last book you read? The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath.
The book you are currently reading? TBJ, Quiet: The Power of Introverts In A World That Can’t Stop Talking by Susan Cain, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling, and Minotaur by J.A. Rock.

Last person you talked to? My best friend’s mother.
The relationship between you and the last person you texted? My other best friend. ☺
Favorite food? Anything with vegetables in it, tbh.
Places you want to visit? I want to go everywhere, honestly. There’s not one single place that I’d want to go rather than anywhere else, I don’t think.
Last place you were? Went to visit my best friend’s grandmother with her last night.
Do you have a crush? Just the typical famous people crush lol. I haven’t had any sort of genuine feelings for anyone for quite some time.
Last time you were insulted? I don’t really get insulted? Like people are usually nice to me if I’m nice to them and if someone has something rude to say, I typically just brush it off and ignore it.
Favorite flavor of sweet? Chocolate and peanut butter.
What instruments do you play? None, unfortunately.
Favorite piece of jewelry? I don’t have any favorites.
Last sport you played? I haven’t played an actual sport since my freshman P.E. class when we had to play volleyball and basketball. But the closest thing I played was volleyball, over the summer with one of those big bouncy balls.

Favorite chat up line? Oh god, I love all the cheesy ones, just like puns. The only one that I can think of right off the bat is, “Is there a mirror in your pants, because I think I see myself inside them.” Or something like that. It’s such an eyeroll worthy/disgusting line, but for some reason, it’s the only one I can think of every time I’m asked this question.
Have you ever used it? Nope, I’ve never used any chat up line before.
Last time you hung out with anyone? Last night.
Do you have any pets? Yes, I have one dog!
